How much does shipping cost?


This depends on the place you live.
Germany: 5,00€
European Union: 10,00€

Rest of the world: 14,00€
(World & EU: If you intend to order small items like cards etc. or the ABC book, please contact me directly for lower shipping costs)

How long will it take?


Anything in stock will ship within 3-5 days.
How long it takes from there depends on the courier company or the local post and what country the cargo goes to and how long customs in your country takes.

What about customs?


As a result, I find that 99% of orders arrive in your hands quite quickly! However, in rare cases your country’s customs office may hold up a delivery for random inspection. Some countries may charge you an import duty on your purchases and please keep in mind that you are responsible for these import duties.

How can I track my order?


I’ll send you an email with tracking info as soon as your goodies embark on their journey. DHL has lovely capabilities. International orders will be send with Deutsche Post, these are trackable too, whooha.

Where do you ship from?


I ship everything from a small town in the north of Germany called Hamburg. 
Since “harbor city” Hamburg is very well-connected to an international shipping hub, this allows me to get packages off quickly and on their way to you!

Can I come around and pick up my order?

Sure thing, that's also good for the environment. Please place your order and choose "pick-up" and we'll arrange a time and date.
